chilli (simple recipes)


bahan/ingredient :
- kacang merah (red beans)
- wortel (carrot)
- tomat (tomato)
- paprika
- cabe rawit (cayenne)
- bawang bombay (onion)
- terong ungu (egg plant)
- sosis / daging vegan (vegan meat/ sausage)
- jinten bubuk (cumin powder)
- kemangi bubuk (basil powder)
- bumbu kari bubuk (curry powder)
- garam, merica, gula (salt, pepper, sugar)
- bubuk cabe (chilli powder)
- roti bakar (toast / crouton)

cara mengolah / how to cook :
- rebus kacang merah, wortel dan tomat hingga empuk (boiled the red beans, carrot n tomato)
- tumis bawang bombay hingga wangi, lalu masukan terong, paprika, sosis/daging vegan, cabe rawit (saute the onion, egg plant, vegan meat/sausage, cayenne, paprika)
- campur semua bahan dan bumbu biarkan hingga mengental dan menyatu (mixed well all ingredients n seasoning with cumin powder, curry powder, basil powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper n sugar )
- sajikan dengan roti bakar kering (serve it with toast / crouton)
